Tanshanicka is passionate about having the opportunity to provide education, prevention, and treatment to patients, which makes an impact in their everyday lives. She believes it is important to celebrate the small wins as they eventually amount to great outcomes. It is critical that a primary care provider establishes a trusting relationship with a patient so together they can develop the best possible plan. By working together, she can empower patients to achieve their best and live a healthy life. Tanshanicka loves to travel and ride her Peloton bike. She is also a mentor for women of color in underserved communities who desire to pursue an education in Nursing.
