Sascha Beaumont, FNP-PMHNP

Sascha sees her role as a primary care provider as listening and providing solutions to empower the patient to be the best version of themselves. This could be through empowering lifestyle changes, utilizing medications, or via therapy both physical and emotional/behavioral. Sascha's passion comes from the ability to facilitate positive changes in the patients who trust her with their care. To her, this is the best part of being a provider, watching a patient improve their health both physically and mentally. She also enjoys educating her patients on healthy lifestyle changes and their disease process. She believes educating is the best way to optimize the care being received, and it encourages patient involvement in their healthcare plan. Her all time favorite is spending time with her daughter, their Sheltie Teddy, and cat Shadow. Another favorite pastime is traveling. So far she has visited Amsterdam, London, Paris, Barcelona, Rita, Dubai, and numerous Caribbean islands. She loves learning and experiencing different cultures and trying different foods. The beach is her favorite place and where she relaxes and restores. She enjoys reading and reads 1-2 books monthly, from self help books to Sci-fi depending on what mood she is in. She also enjoys roller skating for exercise and exercises 2-3 times per week.
