Sarah Winston, PA-C

Sarah finds fulfillment in offering comfort and care to others and helping people feel better and live healthier lives. She also genuinely enjoys listening to people's personal histories, recognizing the unique stories and medical concerns behind every individual. As a primary care provider, she believes her role is to promote long-term wellness in every aspect of a patient's life by coordinating care, providing education, and offering compassionate support. As a result, she strives to build trusting relationships that allow patients to feel safe sharing their concerns. She grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, did her medical training as a Physician Assistant in Augusta, Georgia and completed her Fellowship/Residency in Redding, California. Wanderlust runs deep in her veins, so in her spare time she is usually traveling, but when she is at home she is usually reading, watching documentaries (she loves history), sci-fi (i.e. Star Trek, Twilight Zone), fantasy (i.e. LOTR), cooking, or listening to music.
