Recarda believes that the role of a primary care provider is to serve as a trusted partner who sees the whole person, not just their symptoms. When we address both physical health and behavioral wellness with compassion and continuity, it allows a safe space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate their health journey confidently and collaboratively. In her spare time, Recarda enjoys relaxing and recharging with her husband and three children. She enjoys cooking, exploring new places, but most of all simply spending quality time together.
