Kristie loves helping people discover how to be the healthiest and best versions of themselves. To be such an integral part of someone's journey to health is always exciting, empowering, and humbling. The role of a primary care provider is to be a guide and mentor on a patient's journey to health. She is here to help people achieve and maintain health through evidenced based best practice, listening, and discussion. Kristie grew up in the biggest little city in the world, Reno, NV. She is a mom to one girl and a dog, and she has been married over 20 years. She is an avid cook and loves to travel the world. She is passionate about learning new cultures, seeing new things, and enjoying the sun and outdoors. She is currently writing a cookbook that helps with inflammation through food.
