Kelly Demele, NP

The primary role of a health care provider is to deliver the utmost quality care and education, and to be readily available as a valuable resource to the patient. It is always important to not only treat the physical well-being of a patient, but their mind, body, and spirit. Kelly is originally from the State of Maine but moved to Florida in 2002. Her passion in life is to travel and experience as much of the world as she can. She enjoys anything involving water, especially fishing. She currently belongs to a local sailing club where she is part of a team competing in races. Her passion is not only providing quality care, but educating the patient as well. She thinks patients need to be aware of not only the importance of routine checkups, but also of the processes of any chronic conditions they may have. She believes patients should be proactive in their general health, and should also be their own self advocate. Discussing medications and any potential side effects along with potential interactions is also important, as these details are often missed.
