Jessica is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to better understand and manage their health. She finds the greatest fulfillment in building trusting relationships, educating patients, and combining evidence-based medicine with clear communication to improve long-term health outcomes. Jessica believes that a primary care provider should serve as a trusted partner who delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care by addressing both physical and behavioral health needs with compassion and evidence-based medicine. By building strong relationships, promoting preventive care, coordinating treatment, and empowering patients through education, we can help patients achieve better long-term health and overall well-being. Jessica is a new mom and enjoys going on adventures with her husband, son, and dog. She is also a competitive runner and has had multiple top-five performances at NZ national championships from 5K to a half marathon. She also enjoys skiing, traveling, and gardening.
