The role of the primary care provider is to encompass the entire person as a whole. It is also a part of a multi-disciplinary approach to ensure a patient's holistic needs are met. Providers often wear different hats at any one time depending on the needs of their patients, in order to provide the care the patient needs. Being a healthcare provider allows Falicia to provide holistic care to patients. It also provides the opportunity for her to be part of their lives in a meaningful way, which gives her joy knowing that she is able to make a difference. In her spare time Falicia enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling with and without her family to new and exciting places.
