Heidi Lakes, MD

The biggest pleasure in Heidi's job as a doctor is seeing a patient turn things around for themselves. Her job is to guide them in the right direction. As she puts it, “Good health is the greatest wealth.” As a primary care provider, Heidi sees her role as guiding her patients to great health. She believes preventative care is very important when it comes to both physical and behavioral health. Heidi is 55 years old. She is Danish and graduated from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark in 2001. She moved to the United States in 2002 with her husband, who is from the USA, and they have two adult daughters. She lives in Murfreesboro, TN, where she currently has her own family practice clinic. She loves to travel and explore new places in the world, and she also enjoys restoring old homes.
