Primary Care encompasses the entire patient, from the heart to the lungs and liver, to the brain. Mental wellness is very important and definitely affects the body and physical state. Social circumstances and habits complete the picture of the patient and have a profound effect on wellness and health. Anubha likes to paint and enjoys singing. Music, many many genres, lives in her soul. After work, she hangs out with her (canine) friend Violet. For exercise she walks and also lifts at the gym, which gives her a sense of objective accomplishment.
