Amanda Griffith, NP

Amanda enjoys providing care to the adult and older population and giving them the tools needed to improve their health outcomes. She has been in this field for over 20 years and has enjoyed all of her roles. A major role of the primary care provider is to understand the patient's entire needs. This includes access to care, financial burdens, lack of knowledge, and any mental health that could impact care. Patients at times have a preconceived idea on mental health which could impact multiple aspects of care and lead to chronic conditions from poor self-care. The role of the primary care provider is to evaluate and treat or refer to meet all the needs of patients. Amanda is someone who works hard but also loves her time off. She goes hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding. She enjoys traveling as often as she can, and she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
